My wife Tammy and I started Ball Engraving in 2006. I was working for a large control systems

integrator as the Production Manager for the panel shop. We had a small rotary engraving

machine in house and I was the one who operated the machine to produce the nameplates for

the control panels that we built in house but this was not a feasible solution as my time better

utilized running the shop. It was at that point I decided to approach my Manager to propose

purchasing the equipment to start our own engraving business….he agreed and he knew that

by doing this, we would both benefit.

For 10 years, I was engraving part time and managing the panel shop full-time but as the

engraving business grew so did the demand for my time which is why I chose to resign my

position as the Production Manager at the end of 2015 to focus on our engraving business

full-time. My wife and I are both very dedicated to this business and our customers. We go above and beyond for our customers to ensure they have a pleasant experience every time they order from us. We are great problem solvers and can come up with solutions for almost any application.
